The Impressive Impreza

This is definitely my favorite modestly priced car, partly because of the looks. Just look at that front fiasca! However, the looks aren’t the only great thing about this car. It is well-known for its AWD (all-wheel drive; provides power to all four wheels) system with which it has won many rally races. This will prove especially useful in off-road and snowy conditions. I guess you could call that quite Imprezive.  Like the Toyota Corolla, reliability, high fuel economy (with the sole exception being years 2008-2011), and high safety ratings are guaranteed with all Subarus. What’s even better is that this car comes in station wagon and hatchback variants as well! Both offer more cargo space than a sedan, with the rear seats being able to be folded. I will say more about the advantages of hatchbacks in the next post. One warning I have is to not get a WRX (usually ones with spoilers) for your first car because that will surely jack up your insurance rates.

There is a reason Subaru claims in their commercials that 98% of Subarus sold in the last 10 years are still on the road today. Their owners loved them and so can you!
